At Restaurante Ninho D'Águias the panoramic view is imposing and majestic, it will be difficult to look at the menu and concentrate on your choice: The typical dishes of this region such as Migas and Lamb will attract your attention. To fully recover your strength after a day of sightseeing, the Pousada de Marvão bar is ideal for having a hot chocolate in winter or a chestnut gin in summer; always pleasant and inviting. Enjoy the cover of olives, olive oil and fleur de sel and be sure to try the snacks that are served: oven-roasted waterfall, pickled partridge or coriander feet, are just some of the starters you can try.
Taste the cuisine of Alto Alentejo and try one of the house's emblematic dishes: Ninho D´Águias cod.
Finally, be sure to try our conventual sweets, such as the walnut soaked dessert, or sericaia with plums from Elvas. Even though the name doesn't seem very inviting, the end result is more than surprising and original.
